Do you offer sessions for jumpers with disabilities?

Term time Tuesdays from 13:00 – 14:00 (Camberley & St Albans) 16:00 – 17:00 (Sunderland) we run our Inclusive and Adaptive to allow jumpers with disabilities to enjoy the park to it’s full extent with their carers. More information on this session can be found here.

What happens if i’m late?

If we are busy then you will only be able join what remains of your time booked. During quieter periods we will endeavour to slot you in as close to your preferred time as possible. In order to ensure you get to enjoy the full duration of your jump session make sure you arrive at LEAST 30 minutes before your scheduled jump time.

Do you offer Military/ NHS discount?

We offer a 25% discount on our Gravity Jump sessions for Military/ NHS with any valid ID Monday-Friday during term time.

Do you have lockers?

We do! £1 coin drop lockers are available on site at our Sunderland site. You will need a padlock for our lockers at the St Albans & Camberley sites. You can either bring one with you or buy one at reception for £3.

Waiver – Does everyone jumping need to have one?

Everyone jumping has to have their own individual waiver. If you’re under the age of 18 this must ideally be completed by a parent or guardian. Once completed a waiver lasts 12 months. It is strongly advised you complete a waiver before arrival. Waivers can be completed here.

Do I need to book in advance?

Advance bookings guarantee available space. At weekends and peak times you will need to book to ensure you get a space. The bookings section of our website communicates the live availability for every session. It is highly suggested you book in advance for every session to avoid disappointment, however if there is available space on a session you can pay for it onsite. Gravity Force has a occupancy capacity for every session that we cannot go beyond.

I have a Medical Condition, can I jump at Gravity Force?

If you have any sort of medical condition that you believe may affect your ability to safely jump on a trampoline you must consult a qualified medical practitioner before you come to Gravity Force.
Click here for general guidelines on inclusive and adaptive participation.

How old do you have to be to jump?

You must be 4 years or over to jump in our Gravity Jump Sessions. Toddlers of walking age and over can attend our Gravity Tots Sessions that run throughout the week. Children of 12 years and under must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian throughout their visit to Gravity Force.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes such as shorts, sweats, and t-shirts. No sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are allowed on trampolines. No jewellery is permitted while jumping.

Why do I need to wear jump grip socks?

Grip socks have been designed to increase grip on the trampolines, reducing the risk of injury especially on our wall trampolines. In addition, these socks are designed to reduce the chances of transferable foot infections, increase the comfort of all jumpers (from friction) and reduce the smell of bad feet!
These socks form an important part of our risk assessment, and whilst their absence has been met with strict monitoring and safety controls, we will now expect all clients to wear grip socks for their jump sessions to further reduce risks. The socks cost just £2 and are yours to keep and re-use. A great souvenir from your visit!
It has not escaped us that we have allowed barefoot jumping whilst the business has been in it’s infancy, however we are now expecting all clients to wear jump (grip) socks from now on.

Can I wear glasses?

Whilst we encourage people not to wear glasses if possible, we do allow glasses to be worn on the main jumping areas. For the foam pit and dodgeball courts, safety goggles will be provided. If you already own sports goggles it is suggested that you bring them.

Is food available?

Refreshments and food are available to purchase onsite. Bottled water can be taken onto the platforms if its placed in the water crates provided, this can then be consumed during the jump session. Reception staff are happy to provide cups of tap water to customers but these must be consumed in the cafe area.

We do not allow food outside of what is sold in our cafe or provided as part of our parties to be consumed on site.

How long before my jump time starts do I need to arrive?

All jumpers must arrive 30 minutes before the start of their jump time, to allow enough time to check in and watch our safety briefing. Late comers will not be allowed on the courts if they miss the safety briefing. We do not offer refunds for late arrivals and cannot guarantee availability in a later jump session so please arrive on time to avoid disappointment.

Are there any weight or height limits?

There is no height limit. The weight limit for our trampolines is 17.5 st.

Can I come and just watch?

Yes, you are encouraged to observe and supervise your children and no fee applies.

Can I jump if i’m pregnant?

No. We have a strict policy against anybody who is pregnant jumping at Gravity Force. This is to ensure the safety of both the jumper and the unborn child. For the same reason please also be aware that we do not allow anybody who is pregnant to walk around the trampolines on the purple pads therefore excluding them from acting as a carer or supervisor for any other jumper.
